SHIELD VACATION HOME RESERVATION REQUEST FORM
To complete the reservation request,
fill in the entry form below and click on the "Send Us This Reservation Request"
button. Remember this is just a request and not a confirmation until you either
receive an e-mail stating so or a phone call. You can also call us at
1-800-644-6528 ext#2 to confirm a reservation. please allow enough time for our
system to generate into the system before you call. We can only reserve the home
for 6 hours with this form while we await receipt of your deposit.
We require a $200
deposit to hold the home for the dates specified above beyond 6 hours. Once you
send your deposit, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within a few hours
confirming your reservation or notifying you your reservation cannot be
completed.
Any reservation request with a $200 deposit that
we receive in which we cannot fulfill will be is 100% refundable.
